Serene Lakeside Retreat is such a beautiful home on the lake, I rented the home for 3 nights for a guys fishing getaway, the dock was awesome for tying up our 2 boats, we caught some nice bass and enjoyed relaxing when the lake got to hot during the day. We will definitely be back again soon as possible. Thank You

Our host David checked in with us often and was prompt to respond to our message. The home was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. All brand new appliances and state of the art entertainment. Loaded with extra special touches and we absolutely had everything we needed. Beautiful screened in back porch with breathtaking views of the lake, sunset and sunrises. Exceeded all of our expectations and will definitely be back! Thank you for opening your home to us sir!

Plenty of room to park the boat trailer at Serene Lakeside Retreat. We launched the boat at the ramp near by the house and we were able to keep the boat tied up and the homes pier. It was wonderful not having to launch the boat and load the boat every day. You won't be disappointed in this property. The Hosts are Great! We had a wonderful stay with everything you need, just bring your clothes and a grocery store is just down the road in Scottsburg. Good restaurants close by. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Breezeway Bay was the perfect getaway spot for a small group of people…spacious accommodations, full kitchen, HOT showers, comfortable memory foam beds, WiFi and tv streaming, and a beautiful view of the cove on the lake. Owners were very communicative. Best of all, it is pet-friendly. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Serene Lakeside Retreat is very close to several boat ramps so it’s great for those fishermen looking for a short commute. Very clean and had everything you could need.

Serene Lakeside Retreat is a wonderful property! We were looking for a pet-friendly property where we could cook a Thanksgiving meal and enjoy amazing porches and outdoor spaces with our grown kids and their pups. This homey lake house more than met our needs. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped (Pastry blender? Lime squeezer? Cookie sheets and pie pans? Yes, yes, and yes...plus loads more!) The views of the lake from the boathouse dock and the glass-enclosed sunroom were just breathtaking. We really appreciated the plentiful, comfortable seating for our group to enjoy football on Iron Bowl weekend. Our trip to nearby Cathedral Caverns was a wonderful family activity and got us some steps after a day of feasting, lol. David and Edna were exceptionally thoughtful and responsive hosts. We can highly recommend this wonderful lake house for family fun. We hope to have the opportunity to return in the future!

We had a great vacation at Beachfront Perfection. Everything was as described and David was always available to answer questions, even at midnight when we couldn't get the TV to work. He was pleasant, patient & explained everything. The condo was clean and ready for us to use. This was a wonderful week for relaxation and recharging before heading to my new job!! Thank you David!

We had an excellent experience staying in Breezeway Bay. Everything is so clean and nice. Beautiful house and love the community. Communication with the owner was great and he made sure we had everything we needed. The boat house is great with two lifts and was perfect to keep our boat in. The boat ramp is very close to property and we love waterfront grocery that is nearby as well. Highly recommend this house to anyone.

Baker House was very spacious for the 5 of us. The owner was very good on preparing and communicating. Very clean and comfortable. Boat ramp across the street was very convenient. Covered carport was perfect for my boat. It’s just a perfect house in a perfect location to enjoy Lake Guntersville and the surrounding area.

I enjoyed my stay in Guntersville. The house and location were amazing and I liked the backyard (private). I would definitely recommend staying there because David was extremely friendly and responsive. The house was centrally located and it seemed like everywhere I was going was within 10 minutes.

We had such a great time at Beachfront Perfection! The condo is excellent. Very clean and the balcony is awesome. I loved sitting there drinking my coffee and watching the dolphins. Very close to everything in town We had trouble getting the tv to work in the bedroom and David was great to help. Hope to stay again sometime.

I will say that the pictures do not do this place justice. Very updated, immaculately clean, and an excellent location near one of our favorite boat ramps. Breezeway Bay was beautiful and had everything you would need. Water was down so wasn’t able to use boat house for the boat lift, but that’s beyond the owners control. It was only a minute drive to Waterfront boat dock.

There were 4 of us that stayed at Tall Tales for 4 nights. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day on the water. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Our stay at Breezeway Bay was fantastic. We had plenty of rooms, beds and space to accommodate our family. The boat dock was very helpful because I could plug my boat in and not have to worry about taking my boat out of the water every night. It was very beneficial to be located close to waterfront gas station. I would recommend this location to anyone coming to visit lake Guntersville.

4 bedrooms 2 baths and is extremely clean.
4th time staying here and not the last.
Boat ramp and gas station with the greatest selection of lures I’ve seen in a gas station!! Love Guntersville and DE Landing.

Dave and Edna are great people and they will make your stay memorable, Their cabins are very impressive to say the least, they have everything you might need in them. Very safe place to stay, plenty of room, place for your boats, etc. You won't be disappointed, very affordable

Had a great time, as always. Lodging is roomy enough for the 2 of us and close enough to Waterfront (gas, grocery, tackle and the ramp), making it very easy to start fishing early and to stay out late as well as grabbing any last minute supplies and always keeping the boat topped off with gas.

I brought my daughter to Beachfront Perfection for her birthday along with and our best friends and stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect! The location was so close to everything. We walked to restaurants and the souvenir shops with no problems! The view of the beach was so relaxing and beautiful!! I have no complaints of this property! The owner even reached out the first day to make sure everything was going smoothly! I greatly appreciated that.

My family and I stayed at Mink Creek Manor for the 4th. It was exactly what we needed. The house was exactly as pictured, and so clean. We had so much fun and loved waking up to being right on the lake every morning. The hosts were absolutely incredible. If we needed something they were in contact with us within a few hours. We ended up having car trouble and needed to quickly stay an extra night, and within no time everything was taken care of. They helped keep some calm in a very stressful situation. We would absolutely stay here again!

Serenity at the Lake is a nicely laid out house plan for a couples getaway! The view of the lake and outdoor space is truly incredible. Highly recommend renting this home for a vacation with family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay with our family and furry family members at the Ladybug Cottage. It was a perfect location, very close to the lake & fireworks, shopping, etc. The back yard was perfect for relaxing and the dogs enjoyed it as well. The owners/managers were very accommodating and made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

Beachfront Perfection was an awesome place to stay!! The smaller condo building made for a less packed beach and plenty place to put out chairs and have some room to yourselves! Very conveniently located and parking wasn’t a problem. David was AMAZING to work with as a host! Super responsive and was there for anything we could have needed! Would 1000% recommend staying here!

David was very responsive to all of my questions throughout our stay. Serenity at the Lake was spacious, clean and the deck has an amazing view with beautiful sunsets. The location is close to restaurants, a coffee place and City Harbor where our event was taking place. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place if you are staying in the area.

We loved our stay at Baker House. This was not our first visit. It is so close to the Waterfront ramp/store. The house is large and equipped with all that you need. Loved having a washer and dryer. My husband loves the covered and lighted boat garage area. The big plus for us is being able to bring our little dog.
He enjoyed the big yard outside. David is the best to work with and we will definitely be back again!

Tall Tales was all we wanted and more. Accommodations to sleep 10 guest. We had four men for a fishing trip and it was an awesome experience. The grill and patio out back was extremely special for afternoon gathering and grilling dinner on the furnished Weber charcoal grill. This will be our destination every time we go to Guntersville fishing. The front carport was extremely nice as well and easily accommodated our two boats with receptacles for charging our boat batteries as well. A plus, was we were able to meet David and he was super nice. If you are looking fore a great venue and a great host this is definitely the place to stay.

We had another great stay at the house. Everything we needed was provided. Everything worked for us, but we didn't cook, wash clothes, or grill out. It was there if we needed it. It is large enough to sleep 9 in beds. Two would have to double up. Really, we had a great time and thank you for the opportunity to stay with you.

We had the most relaxing vacation at Mink Creek Manor. The guys enjoyed kayaking and fishing while the ladies enjoyed relaxing and area shopping. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6 plus a baby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of seating at the table. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. Great place & somewhere we would visit again.

Since 2020 I have been traveling to Alabama to fish on Lake Guntersville. I have made 10 trips in this four year span. On each trip we have stayed at D and E Landing. The accommodations have been perfect each and every time! David, Edna, and Nash go out of their way to make sure we have a great trip!! We don't even consider staying any place else.

We always have a great time and the house is always fully stocked and a great place to stay on the lake. The boat house and lifts are really nice to have. Thank you David for taking care of us! I rented the Ladybug Cottage for my grandmother who was in the process of moving to Guntersville. This is a very accommodating and comfortable property with plenty of space and all the amenities you can possibly need! It’s in a great part of Guntersville too, very close to the park and walking trails. The owners were immediately responsive when I had a question. My grandmother really enjoyed her stay here…it was peaceful and very comfortable. I would definitely rent this property again!

We stayed here to attend a family wedding. Serenity on the Lake is the only place I’ve ever stayed that looked exactly like the pictures. The entire home was extremely clean and had everything you could need to feel at home for a vacation. The host left clear instructions and checked to make sure we got in okay. They never bothered us otherwise. The neighborhood is also beautiful. The driveway is pretty steep and running up it made for a great workout. We would love to stay here again!

We checked in at Breezeway Bay super easily. There were plenty of clean towels and wash rags. There was space outside for kids to roll down the hill and play tag and plenty of room for parking for all of the family who showed up for dinner- we parked seven vehicles with no problem! This place had everything we needed for a quick family get together.

Tall Tales was one of the best ABnB's I’ve been to. It’s perfect for people who want to go fishing or just hangout. It has big beds and small beds and a common area with everything you need including a grill. Tons of parking in front and back with an overhang for two vehicles. Will definitely stay again and hopefully with a boat next time, there’s a boat ramp across the street

Baker House is amazing. You ever need a place to stay at Guntersville Lake you gotta check with Dave and Edna. The houses the have here are like being at home. Very clean places and great people. Less than half a mile from the Waterfront bait and tackle and the boat ramp.

My family and I were in town for a fishing tournament and Tall Tales was perfect. It was very clean and well stocked. The owners had all of the kitchen cabinets and drawers labeled, a list of instructions related to the rental, and also suggestions for restaurants and stores. It has 4 bedrooms an 2 full bathrooms so you don't feel cramped at all. Our tournament was going out of Waterfront and this home is literally less than a minute away from Waterfront store and boat ramp. It has a very spacious driveway and we were able to park 2 boats under the covered awning and charge them overnight. The owners were great and even sent me a text the day we were checking in to make sure we made it ok and didn't have any issues. I'd highly recommend this rental and we'll definitely be return customers.

Serenity at the Lake is AMAZING. We were so comfortable with all of the space and amenities. We had everything we needed. The house was clean and very well stocked. The best thing about the house is the patio and the view. The weather was beautiful and the patio was so comfy. It had tons of seating for our whole group. I would highly recommend this house and hope that we get to visit it again in the future.

We loved our stay in Serenity at the Lake. It was removed from the noise of the city but close enough for a quick ride down the hill to everything we needed. Supermarket across the street, lots of restaurants and fast food nearby. everything was easily accessible yet we were not in the middle of it. the house is lovely and ideal for two couples and children upstairs. the deck is beautiful and comfortable. i still miss having my coffee sitting there in the am. Everything was clean and well stocked. we would stay there again!!

Lakeside Oasis location of property , 1st floor. Loved having coffee in the morning on the patio with a perfect view of the lake and it was just steps to the swimming pool or the lake with a 2 docking areas for water craft. Both dock areas are covered . Loved sitting on the dock at sunset. Convenient location to grocery stores, restaurants, boat rental, fishing and shopping. I would stay there again. Owner was very quick to respond to questions.

We had never stayed in Alabama, this was our first time. We picked Breezeway Bay just by the pictures as we did not know anything about the area. David was always prompt in answering questions that I had about the area, the boat house and was so flexible with us. We were there over Thanksgiving and it was the first time I would see my kids since they had moved out to college so I had planned on cooking up a Thanksgiving Feast when the first day the oven broke. But David, called me back within minutes and had the oven repaired the same day!! He saved the week so my kids could have some home cooked meals. Not sure that oven had seen so much cooking over a week lol. The home was extremely clean, plenty of towels and had pretty much everything you would need in a kitchen. He also had a few extra things like spices, cooking spray, etc. They knew I was going to be baking and cooking and they were kind enough to have cookie trays there as well. Fantastic hosts

We stayed here for a few days in November to attend a nearby family wedding, and loved everything about this home. It's even better than the pictures - beautiful, spacious, extremely clean and tastefully decorated, and the view is spectacular including at night. Beds were comfortable, it was quiet, and we slept very well. We didn't end up cooking there but the kitchen seemed well stocked. It was too cold for us to enjoy the deck which was disappointing since we could tell it would be so much fun to hang out there - maybe another time! The location was great - many of our relatives rented nearby b&b's, and it was also convenient to stores, restaurants, anything we needed. Our hosts checked in with us at least a couple times to make sure all was well, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend renting this and we will definitely want to stay here if visiting Guntersville again!

Our son and grandson went out with Chris Flint, a great guide and caught lots of fish. Needless to say we enjoyed Guntersville and plan on coming back in the spring. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs for larger families and this one was the most prepared, by far. Being there for Thanksgiving, we were concerned about getting everything done and having all we needed. But the place was stocked FULL of plates and bowls, serving pieces and silverware. Not once did we think, “shoot, we should have brought…” We were also impressed with how comfortable the beds were and how many towels were available! We didn’t have to do laundry in order to restock on what we needed. It was so relaxing.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Serenity at the Lake was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location is perfect as well, it’s easy to get out on the main road and to destination in town quickly. Of course the main feature is the absolutely beautiful view! We went to several places in town but our favorite thing was to just sit on the deck or inside and look out the window and watch the lake and the lights of the town at night. Beautiful! David and Edna are friendly and responsive to messages. Clear instructions were left on how to open and lock all doors. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Guntersville. The location of Ladybug Cottage was ideal for us (close to the lake and walking path). The house was wonderful with everything needed for our trip. The home was comfortable with extras (sunroom, outdoor sitting - for at least six - area with firepit and grill, vast amount of parking, comfortable furniture…). The Guntersville area had much to do: trails at Guntersville State Park, trails and Cave at Cathedral Caverns, trails and waterfall at High Falls, local little theater, and numerous restaurants for dining. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We took our four grands to Robinson's Roost for a week and had a blast. They loved jumping off the dock over and over again. We loved floating around in the water watching them. The house is comfortable and has everything that one would possibly need. It is roomy and perfect for adults upstairs and kiddos down. The dining table is huge. We have the kids prepare their own "foil" dinners and it was perfect for that. And also for the board games we played each night. We get the kids projects to work on each year and there was PLENTY of room for them to each have their own area and table all in the SAME room! They could leave the pieces out ready to begin the next morning. It was so relaxing and perfect. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home with us!

The Baker House exceeded our expectations in everything! We enjoyed the view of the lake. There was plenty of room for us and the pets. Lots of space outside for dog walks. The place is immaculate! I was very impressed! It is fully stocked with everything you need. The items I usually pack were all provided(hand soap, dish soap, sanitizer, air freshener, laundry products, paper towels). Kitchen had everything you need. David is a super host who checked to make sure we arrived and if we needed anything! I have rented from many owners before and this was a first for me. I hope to meet Edna next trip. You both go above and beyond to make sure your renters are happy. This has been the best and easiest rental ever. I would highly recommend D&E Landing! We were not the norm for this location. It is a fishing location but happened to be in the middle of several off road parks. We booked the large cabin for the week. It was 4 bedrooms and a nice common area. It was perfect for 4 couples. We all had a truck and trailer. There was plenty of room for parking. TV worked but we spent the evenings playing dominos. I forgot to take any pics of the actual place. The gas station a half mile away was an added bonus. Will stay here again...if we don't move out there soon. ;)

Breezeway Bay was a wonderful place to stay! David is an awesome host, quick to respond and very helpful with any questions.

The attention to detail of things needed throughout the home made our stay very comfortable. TVA had pulled the water pretty low but we were still able to use the boathouse easily and David gave great info about navigating the lower water with the boat and at the ramp.

It was a safe yard to have our dog out and about on the property, she loved running in the yard and out onto the dock with us often!

Would definitely recommend this home, we so enjoyed staying here! Thanks for a memorable first trip to Guntersville Lake!

10 Plus Stars.....Our trip was Feb 18 - 24, 2022 for the Toyota Series Fishing Tournament. Had a place booked and 1 week before leaving found out it was double booked so I had to cancel. We were scrambling to find something. David and Edna from D & E Landing had 1 opening left and they worked with us to make it happen. We rented the Fisherman's Haven. Very nice, clean, 3 Bdrm/1 bath.. enough room for a truck with boat and 2 more trucks. Big backyard with chairs and charcoal grill....quint little front porch with seating. Very close to many boat ramps and about 4 minutes, if that, to Goose Pond Colony Resort. Very quick communication, and always answered with ...Hi...and your name. Made you feel like they had known you forever. Thank you David and Edna for a very non stressful stay, for helping us out in a crunch time. We will definitely stay with you all again when we are in town.

Beautiful home! My family of 6 stayed comfortably for a week. The hosts were amazing and VERY accommodating! I had questions before our stay and communication was always prompt and helpful. David even put up a ramp to accommodate my grandmother's wheelchair.

When we arrived there was a loose screen that our dog was able to get out of...I messaged David and he came early the next morning to repair it. Great outdoor space, large screened porch, covered parking.

Upstairs bedroom has a closet that could be another small bedroom (plenty of space if your an overpacker like me). The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved fishing and watching the ducks at the boathouse.

Traveling from Kansas it's very important that we completely enjoy our beachfront condo. This one does not disappoint one little bit. The décor was just enough. The kitchen utensils and other supplies were all we needed and in great condition. There were labels that even made locating what you need easy.

The view was everything we look for in a beachfront property. My wife and I loved the balcony furniture. We loved having breakfast at the hightop table each day before lounging on the beach below. The step in shower was just what we needed after a long day on the beach. It was very spacious.

This condo is in immaculate condition. With all the updates from the appliances to the décor, you will thoroughly enjoy you stay. We sure did!

I travel from Illinois two times a year to fish on Lake Guntersville. The accommodations are outstanding and each dwelling is very boat friendly! I would not even consider staying anywhere else! The cabins are extremely clean and well maintained. Each cabin is very well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. I have bass fished all over the country and have never found a place as great as D and E Landing for our accommodations.

Lots of beds for a group. The cabin was very clean with an open floorplan. Communication was superb. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location that is affordable and good value by the lake. Nice neighborhoods for walking too. Plenty of room with a huge front porch and a deck on back of house. Lots of beds make this very flexible for larger groups too. Kitchen has everything you would need if you cook.

Robinson's Roost was perfect for our fishing trip. The dock has room for 4-5 boats right off the main channel. The boat ramp is just around the corner. Big rooms and wonderful views. Highly recommended.

We came to fish. The location of Ladybug Cottage was perfect because we were only 1/4 mile from the boat ramp. Also downtown was only 1/2 mile away. Everything was close but the house still felt very private. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard at night. The whole house was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be back very soon.

David & Edna are the most amazing people I've ever worked with.
Being someone who works in customer service, I've dealt with a LOT of people. David & Edna are not only kind and generous but absolutely a pleasure to work with. Personable and professional. They were a delight to speak to and work with.
Their condo is beautiful and well taken care. I was so excited to rent it, but unfortunately, (due to some hurricane damage) they had to cancel my reservation.
They of course gave me back my deposit and I am grateful for it.
I've saved their information so hopefully one day I can work with them again.
These people were willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to make my stay perfect. I am so grateful I found these lovely people.
I will definitely be recommending them and their condo to my friends and family and to anyone who is reading this.
Thinking about renting from them? Stop thinking. DO IT! You're welcome.

We traveled to Lake Guntersville to meet our daughter for a long weekend. We did not fish but this home is set up for a wonderful fishing experience. We went for the relaxation and family time. This house, with three spacious bedrooms and 2 baths, was perfect but the Screened Back Porch, outdoor deck, and grilling/picnic pad was the best; spending much of our time outdoors reading and grilling, enjoying the birds and local wildlife. We hiked the area. Enjoyed the State Park. And, took a deep breath relaxing and enjoying our time together and away from ordinary routines. Book this house now. Excellent value for the price. 5 Star Stay!

Baker House was the perfect place for a family get together over the weekend. We had plenty of space & beds, great communication with host, and and a super easy time checking in & out. The location is great because you’re within reasonable distance of Scottsboro, Guntersville, & Huntsville, but it feels like you’ve really gotten away from it all. Everything was very clean & well stocked - plenty of linens, towels, cookware, & utensils. Our pups had a great time too. I definitely recommend this host & listing, and hope we can make it back soon.

This is a great house. It has had lots of updates. The bathrooms and kitchen are very nice. The view from the screened in porch is very nice. There is plenty of easy parking which is sometimes in short supply at the lake. We plan to stay there again sometime

Perfect spot on the lake -- we love this street for its quiet beauty, ease of getting into lake, and closeness to restaurants etc. Perfect house with everything you could possibly want, including folding chairs and fish cleaning station and towels to wipe down your boat! The back screen porch is our favorite spot. Perfect managers who make the process seamless from start to finish, and were so quick to respond even to things like "we can't find the tv remote!"... Breezeway Bay was a wonderful place to spend our summer vacation. Having the boat in the lift and ready to go was so relaxing and we were able to spend at least part of every day on the lake. Beachfront Perfection was extremely clean and very nicely updated! Granite counter tops in the kitchen and beautiful tiled shower in the bathroom. Very short walk to the beach was very convenient.

With the Westwinds building only having around 30 units, the elevator was extremely fast which was another huge plus! David (owner) was very easy to work with and we will definitely be back again!

This property was exactly as described and indicated in the pictures. The house was spotless (one of the cleanest I've ever rented) and the property itself very well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked and everything in great working order. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. Plenty of linens, towels and paper products (even for a family of 5). There are alot extra touches and you can tell the managers/owners put a lot of thought into the place. The outdoor space is perfect and very spacious, the large screened in porch has ceiling fans which made it very enjoyable even on very hot days and kept bugs away. Beyond the porch is a large deck for sitting in the sun and the kids played ball in the yard. Loved that the yard and dock/boathouse are all on flat ground and steps away. The kids could fish and we could see them from the porch and it was easy to get the gear back and forth. The neighborhood seems very secure and the neighbors were very quiet and friendly. I emailed questions prior to and after booking and David responded in minutes each time. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place and I hope we will be back soon!

With everything going on, we wanted to book a trip where we could keep to ourselves while still entertaining the kids. Having a pet-friendly property that included a boat house was perfect. Everything was exactly as advertised.

David met us at the house to make sure we were comfortable using the boat house. He even helped me launch the boat while my wife and kids stayed at the house an unpacked. Lake Guntersville provided plenty of room for tubing and wake boarding. The kids want to move there now. Even our 13 year old golden retriever loved it. He would get excited anytime we started packing a cooler or getting our swim suits on.

Our only regret was not planning ahead and booking a longer stay!

We really enjoyed out stay in Lunker Lodge, Baker House and Tall Tales! They were perfect for our team of student anglers and their parents. The homes were great with plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day on the lake.

The covered shelters were a lifesaver when it rained 2 days of our tournament but we were able to stay dry while working on our boats and gear for the next tournament day.

The outdoor space was great for us to get out and enjoy some recreation time and games. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We look forward to our next trip!

This a a quaint little house in the middle of Guntersville, within walking distance to downtown and about a 20 minute drive to the Guntersville State Park as well as numerous other state parks around the area ( a little further of a drive, but not bad, depending on which one). I would stay here again when I am in the area.

We again stayed in another wonderful home. The Honey Hole. Every home we have rented has been very beautiful and extremely clean. Stayed May 21-24. 2020. This rental is is perfect for a group of fisherman. It offered everything you would want in a man-cave! A nice lounge area, full kitchen, gas grill, car/ boat port and is located very close to the water and town is only minutes away.

David was the perfect host. His responses were very quick and very accommodating! He also sent a text daily just to see if we needed anything. We also ended up needing to stay an extra night and without any hesitation we we welcomed! Highly recommend!

Breezeway Bay is a beautiful lakefront home with every amenity you could hope for. It is extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. Dave & Edna are very accommodating and always available if ever you need anything. We enjoyed the clean house & boat house, all appliances are in great condition. Keurig machine was a great bonus.

Breezeway Bay was perfect for 3 of us and our dog. Home could accommodate 8 people easily though.

David was an amazing host. If we can get back to Guntersville we will definitely stay here again. The boat house was perfect for our 21ft bass boat. You will not be disappointed in this home. We loved our stay here. Hosts are wonderful.

It was our first trip to Lake Guntersville and it won't be our last. Great fishing coupled with outstanding accommodations at D and E Landing. Our cabin (Lunker Lodge) was everything we could ask for and more. David saw to it that we had everything we needed. Absolute convenience, with a great ramp right across the street as well as a gas station and tackle shop. We will be headed back to Guntersville soon and won't even consider staying at any place other than D and E Landing.

This was our first time staying with D&E. We stayed in Lunker lodge for a week and I couldn't have been more pleased with the place. The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The carport was a must for the boat with all the rain we had. Dave went out of his way to get my reservation booked while I was having knee surgery. In my opinion you won't find any better people or place to rent. Thanks for everything!

Great visit to Alabama. The carport was a plus for the fisherman because we had rain a few nights so the boat was dry and ready to go in the morning. The mink creek boat ramp very close . The fenced in yard was great for our dog and she loved her daily walk to the mink creek boat ramp. The house had everything you needed and I loved the big kitchen area. Thanks for sharing your house

Me and my brother just finished staying at the Honey Hole and it was extremely nice and convenient for our fishing needs. Very clean and stocked well. Having the covered car port with power and lighting came in very handy and being less than half a mile from the boat ramp just made our stay that much easier. Of course if we wanted to put in at another boat ramp we were located conveniently mid-lake. The price was more than fair, I’d say it was a steal.

Absolutely Phenomenal!!! Every aspect! The parking, the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect, the covered parking with electric hook up is a serious bonus. But even more importantly 30 seconds from gas station and a public launch ramp right into mid lake. I seriously couldn’t of been more pleased and David even brought my buddy a drill when his battery died trying to make a repair to his graph mount. Stand up people and cannot wait to go back to Guntersville! Thank You!

The price is good.

Our recent stay far exceeded all expectations of merely having a roof over our head & a warm shower at the end of a long day fishing. The Hilltop Hideaway was very clean & welcoming. All amenities are current & up to date. The boat storage area is covered & well lit. The A/C was cold (mid 90's all day on the water) and the hot water was...hot. David welcomed us personally & made sure every aspect of our brief stay was enjoyable. We will be back.

We had a pleasant stay at the Smith House in Guntersville. The home was nicely equipped with everything we needed, and David was even kind enough to drop off a couple of fishing poles for the kids.

Downtown Guntersville and Sunset Drive are great local attractions, and we weren't far from a number of other great things to appreciate about the area - from Lake Guntersville State Park, to Cathedral Caverns, to Huntsville and of course, the lake itself.

This was our 2nd year at I'm Hooked. It accommodates our family perfectly and makes for great family time. The back porch has a great view of the lake and a spectacular place to unwind. My husband and son love to fish and the boat house with the lift is so awesome to allow for a quick drop in the water and off to their favorite fishing spots. It was an awesome surprise to get there and see a brand new dock. You couldn't ask for a cleaner place with a wonderfully stocked kitchen. David is the most attentive property manager I've ever dealt with. We are definitely hooked on this place ....!

We loved Breezeway Bay on Lake Guntersville. It was very clean and organized perfectly. My husband was even able to help in the kitchen because the drawers were labeled.

The location was great and on a great part of the lake. We had a couple of friends come by on their boats and it was super easy for them to tie up to the dock. Our older children enjoyed having their own rooms downstairs away from us and our dogs since the master is upstairs.

There is also plenty of parking in the driveway as we had 4 cars there most of the weekend. David was wonderful to communicate with and we even got to meet him one afternoon as he was cutting the beautiful large yard. The kitchen had everything I needed for all the meals I cooked and everything (pots, pans, casserole dishes, etc) seemed brand new.

It was a great long weekend and I look forward to going again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Breezeway Bay and my experience was exceptional! The house was very clean and it even smelled clean; as if, I had cleaned it myself. The kitchen was neatly organized and labeled; as well as the light switches, which was very helpful. I needed a weekend getaway and my experience at Breezeway Bay fulfilled that need and more. It was very relaxing and quiet.
And I can’t forget about David of D & E Landing. When I called one night to book Breezeway Bay, I thought I would get an operator, since it was after hours. David answered and he was so kind. He is just an awesome person and I really really appreciated him for giving great service. If you need to getaway, choose Breezeway Bay. I promise you that you will be overly satisfied.

Breezeway Bay has been my favorite rental so far! The kitchen is big with a large table to eat your meals at. We never turned on the TV or sat in the living room as we were either out fishing or enjoying the screened in patio, but they looked nice as did everything in the house. The boathouse was handy for parking the boat so we could just walk down and hop in and go out fishing easily. The bed was fantastic. I really liked how the drawers in the kitchen were labeled to help figure out where things were, although it seemed everything was right where I would have put it if it was my own kitchen. This place just immediately felt like home and I can't wait to plan another trip here.

Stayed in Hilltop Hideaway a week ago for a 5 day trip. Fishing was spotty due to extreme heat but the accommodations were top notch. When we get back to Guntersville we will definitely stay with D&E. I’ve spent a lot of time in cabins and hotels for fishing trips over the years and was truly impressed at how well they cater to fishermen. Great people and just as importantly great boat accommodations.

Baker House was stunning.... My husband and I with our lab dog drove from KY to see what Lakes Guntersville was all about. This house is at PRIME LOCATION! It is literally 2 seconds to the boat dock (and the dock isn't super packed). There is a gas station right down the road (and across from the boat dock) that also serves warm food.

There is food 15-20 minutes away as well as a Walmart for groceries. The house itself was beautiful, there is plenty of seating to hang out outside as well. Dave and Edna checked in just enough to not bother us but to make sure we were all set. They also sent us a list of important places (food, grocery, boat repair, hospital) close by with their addresses and phone numbers.

We cannot wait to be back!

Breezeway Bay was Absolutely OUTSTANDING in every respect. David was superb in ensuring we were taking care of from before check-in to check-out.

The property is immaculate. The kitchen is very well equipped with cookware and utensils and includes soap for the dishwasher (and also the washing machine). The large fridge with ice maker is a huge plus as is the gas grill and outside table!

The lighted covered patio and carport was a great advantage since we had rain on 2 of our 4 days (Tropical Storm Barry). I do not own a boat but the double bay boat house is excellent if you own a boat.

Our group really enjoyed David's place. Breezeway Bay is right on the lake and we went swimming multiple times a day while we were there.

The house was just the right size and had everything we needed. David also suggested that we visit cathedral caverns while visiting, and it was one of the best parts of the trip- if you're staying here, it should be at the top of your list!

Everything anyone could need for a fishing vacation!

Cabin has all things to make the stay comfortable. New condition. Outside, covered boat parking, fish cleaning station, and charcoal grill. All you have to bring is food and drinks and enjoy a weekend, week, or longer.

Me and my husband spent 3 days at the Honey Hole cabin and was very pleased with the place. It was very clean and close to boat ramps. We have vacationed with D&E Landing last Aug. and again this May. The owners are very friendly and accommodated us everything we needed or might have needed. They called to ck to make sure everything was ok at the cabin when we arrived. I would highly recommend D&E Landing to anyone wanting to visit Guntersville Lake.

May 6-9, 2019. Bill & I had the pleasure of staying at D & E Landing, in one of their residences, the Baker House. We loved the house - it was well maintained and clean, with all the amenities of home. All you need to bring is your clothes and toiletries. The kitchen is well-stocked, so bring your food to cook if you like. Or, there are many restaurants in Scottsboro and Gunnersville. There is also a 2 car carport for your boat and vehicle. The lake and hills are awesome!
David & Edna are very pleasant folks to deal with....
We truly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back down there soon !

Really great experience here!

Home is very clean, organized and freshly updated. Kitchen had everything needed plus more! Split bedroom plan and comfy beds. We had a couple minor issues come up while staying and they were handled immediately.

Hosts checked on us a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. We brought our small dogs and I always like to have a place to 'contain' them when we are away. The back foyer worked great for that and gave them plenty of room while we were out fishing.

Boat house accommodated our wide fishing boat and the lift was handy to protect the boat during a very stormy day. Nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic. If/when we return this is definitely where we will stay.

Can’t say enough nice things about David. He did everything he could to make us comfortable and make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin is the perfect size for 4 guys and has ample parking. David was very helpful. The home was nicely set up for fishing with a well lit carport large enough for the truck and trailer.

The boat house made it convenient to keep the boat on the water over night and to stop in for lunch in the afternoon. Great place for a fishing trip.

The bass fishing was excellent. Many fish over 5lbs with an 8.2lb kicker.

When we arrived the check in to Breezeway Bay it went as described and was simple. The house was in great shape and prepared for our visit.

The house is well maintained and there are many recent upgrades. We didn't have a need to communicate often with David but when we did the response was immediate.

Although we visited in winter and didn't bring a boat, the boathouse and dock were fun for our granddaughters seeing the waterfowl and spending some time by the lake.

Overall we were accommodated very well and i would stay again if we are in the area.

If y'all come down to Guntersville make sure you check out D&E Landing right next to the Waterfront Boat ramp. It's located perfectly for a tournament out of Guntersville or Goose Pond!

Tall Tales has 4 bedrooms, big living room with huge flat screen, full kitchen, BBQ pit and huge carport with room for two boats!

Stayed at "I'm Hooked" from October 17th to October 21st. We had a total of 6 people and 3 boats. Couldn't be happier. My only small complaint was the boat slip. Smaller one was a bit too narrow. No worries as we managed. Parking gave us plenty of room for full size rigs. Kitchen was huge. We love to cook, so that was a big plus. TV was great, cable stayed in during the storm as well.

Deck was more than enough to accommodate everyone. The screen kept the bugs out and critters from getting in our stuff over night. Washer and dryer were a great touch as well.

Everything we needed except food and beverages was provided. Couldn't be happier. We will be using D&E Landing on our next fall trip for sure. More than likely, it will be "I'm Hooked" again.

We had 13 friends visit for a week taking up 3 houses. Every house was very clean and extremely comfortable.
Dave was very quick in responding to any questions or concerns prior to our stay and during our stay.
I asked about a DVD player and although the Lunker house did not have one, Dave put one in for us to enjoy movies.
We needed an iron/iron board which was not in the house/3 hours later he had a brand new iron and board.
Could not be any happier with our stay.

We absolutely loved staying at "The Honey Hole" while visiting the Lake Guntersville area. Clean, spacious, nice amenities, comfortable bed, and close to the lake/boat dock.

My wife and I really enjoyed the pool table and appreciated the fact we could bring our little dog with us vs. kenneling. We highly recommend "The Honey Hole" to future guests, and look forward to staying there again in the not-too-distant future.

A metal boat cover provided, an electric outlet to charge the boat, lights were available, and a water hose to wash it down. The boat dock is less than a half mile away. The owner was very friendly, the neighbors were quiet, and just an overall nice place to stay

Great hosts and great accommodations on Lake Guntersville!

First and foremost, the hosts could not have been more cordial/helpful and responded quickly each time we reached out to them. David and Edna made sure we had everything we needed. It didn't matter if it was day or night, they responded. Their goal was for us to enjoy the property and to have a good time.

The property was as shown on the website. It is located just south of Scottsboro on a dead end street in a very quaint community, so traffic is very limited. Gas, stores, and Walmart are only 6-10 miles away.

The house was very clean, well organized (and labeled), well equipped and the furnishings are very well done. The master bed and bath are on the other side of the house from the other two bedrooms and bath.

The screened-in porch was the full width of the rear of the house. We probably used the screened-in porch more than we did the house. Unit has large trees overhanging the porch keeping it cool during the daytime heat. The large back deck is also in the shade if you prefer to sit outside. The unit has a new outdoor grill and picnic table.

For you boaters, the enclosed boat storage was fantastic with lockable doors to protect your property. There were plenty of electrical outlets for charging the batteries.

The unit has ample parking for trucks, boat trailers, and other visitors.

We, and our family, will definitely make plans to stay again.

We stayed at I'm Hooked last week and had a joyous time! This unit was EXTREMELY clean and accommodated all our needs. We especially enjoyed sitting in the screened room and watching the boaters and fisherman on the lake. The boathouse was a fantastic amenity, just walk down the walkway, get in your boat and go fishing! There were quite a few restaurants within a few miles, I would recommend the "Rock House Eatery" and you can even boat to the "Docks" and eat overlooking the lake. David and Edna are great hosts and made sure everything was perfect for our few days on Lake Guntersville. We will definitely be back.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at Breezeway Bay. We are from West Virginia and Breezeway Bay feels like our home away from home. Each year we come, we have an even better time than the last. This year we got married on the lake right out from the boathouse. It was perfect! David and Edna are the nicest people you could imagine renting off of! They went above and beyond and provided information for wedding licensing and even left us a bottle of wine for our wedding day. If you want to have a relaxing vacation in an extremely clean house with a large/clean boathouse on a perfect spot on the lake, definitely book with D&E Landing! You will not regret it! I have rented hundreds of properties from VRBO, and I have truly never been more impressed! The owners thought of EVERYTHING, the house is EXTREMELY well stocked, the boat house and main house are both very, very clean, the screened in porch is wonderful...I could go on and on.

We are planning on booking this house twice a year! The cove is private and beautiful, the road is residential and quaint. The drive to get back to the house can be a bit skinny at times if you're pulling a trailer, but don't worry, it opens up and there is PLENTY of parking at the house. We fit 2 trucks with trailers as well as an SUV in the spaces with room to spare.

The closest boat ramp is 5 min away and very well kept. Being able to have our boats in the boat house was PERFECT. This property is truly beautiful!

that's the one word that best describes our stay at I'M Hooked. The parking was enough for 3 full size rigs and the boat house was great. We had plenty of room for 5 guys to sleep and room to relax after a full day fishing.

Little things like having ice in the ice maker upon arrival, the quality of the bedding and towels make this house stand out from other rentals. Breezeway Bay was perfect! My buddy and I had thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and clean house and the awesome boathouse. Super convenient to wake up and walk to the boathouse and pull out and go fishing without having to launch. David was the best with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place!! This place was MORE than expected. Convenient to the ramp (300 yards away) and convenience store (which has all the baits you could want).

The accommodations were amazingly clean, comfortable and very welcoming. All appliances worked great, including the gas grill. Dave is a great guy, who checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with everything.....and he even shared a little known fishing location. (thanks Dave)!.

We had such a great time that we were very sad to leave!

Plenty of space to spread out. Screened in porch as well as outdoor patio and carport. Room for all of your toys.

We enjoyed daily kayaking right from the boathouse. The nearby state park was great for swimming and mountain biking.

We have rented for many years on vrbo and have never encountered such a kind and accommodating host!

Spent 3 nights in the Breezeway Bay house late August 2017. Loved the house and the boat house. This was one of the cleanest rental homes I have ever stayed in and very organized! The house and property was very well maintained. We parked our boat in the boat house on the lift, grilled dinner on the back patio, parked our car and truck under the carport and was able to bring our dogs with us! David was very quick to answer any questions or comments from me. Everything was very nice! Thank you for everything!

Perfect Lake Rental

We stayed at his property for three nights in August 2017 and were impressed with both and home and the boat house.

The house was laid out well and I couldn't get over how well everything was organized. All the light switches were labeled, the kitchen drawer contents were labeled and the pantry was well stocked with spices and basic cooking needs. The pots, pans, utensils, plates and glasses were all neatly organized and the entire house was spotlessly clean.

The boathouse was awesome with three slips, two of which were equipped with lifts.

This is an awesome property and we will not hesitate to rent it again when our vacation plans include a return to Lake Guntersville.

My wife and I REALLY enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean, quite, and cozy. We pulled our boat did some fishing and cooked it on the grill at the cabin. The cabin is pet friendly. We didn't meet Edna but had the pleasure of meeting David, he was very kind and it felt like we were staying with family. We will tell all of our friends and will return soon. It was a pleasure to meet the owner, David. It was obvious that he and Edna take great care and pride in Breezeway Bay. It was also very well stocked.

My favorite part was sitting on the back porch and watching the sunrise and sunset. I love this place and highly recommend it.

If you have a boat, the boathouse is accessible. That was another plus. We will rent it again!

Old Guys Golf Gathering

What can you say to describe BEAUTIFUL LOCATION at Guntersville Lake.

Wish we were fishermen because this property was everything you would need to make your fishing a pleasure (except maybe cleaning fish...and it had a place to do that in the boat house on the property)!

We got to play the best golf for a long while at Gunter's Landing CC. and Goose Pond CC. With four old guys, having our own bedrooms was very nice. The living area and dining area was large enough to make our Poker game very comfortable.

We were very pleased with this property and its conveniences for our passions of golf, poker and of course food! Great time and can't wait to go back for more of the same thing!!!

My Brother, Dad and I had a wonderful time. The cabin was spotless and had all the items needed to cook and clean, including a gas barbecue grill which we were not expecting. Great experience all the way around, Thank you so much.


The only thing that i would recommend adding would be an outside fire pit.

Our stay at this property was great!

The boathouse was perfect as our trip was planned around fishing. The home and outdoor area were very comfortable when we were not on the water.

I was particularly impressed with the open cabinets and labeled drawers and switches for easy identification.

The house and boathouse were more than we expected. The house was clean and with the extras that made it a home.

As the owner, Dave, told us they made it a place where they would want to stay. They nailed it!

The boathouse was excellent. After a day of fishing we lifted our bass boats and plugged in the batteries for the next day.

We have certainly found our go to place!

David and Edna are one of the nicest people. We have now stayed at 3 of there homes/cabins and each one is so nice, clean and very nicely decorated. We stayed at Tall Tales, a party of 8 this past Thursday through Sunday all felt very comfortable. We barbecued one night and it was so nice. Our Bass club comes to Guntersville twice a year. I will never stay at a motel again. Both Edna and David make you feel right at home. Thanks so much for making our stay a great one. Can't wait for our next trip.

The Lunker Lodge has been our summer vacation home for two years in a row now. It has plenty of beds, large showers, and a boat ramp right across the street.

This was our very first family vacation, and our very first long trip with our 4 month old daughter. When we arrived, David and Edna were waiting at the Baker House for us. They instantly welcomed us with huge, open arms. Edna played and held our daughter like she was one of her grandkids.

The house was extremely clean, and everything was in working order. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to major floods in our hometown and flooding in our house. David and Edna followed us with us to make sure everything was okay at home.

Having someone that genuinely cares about your well being and your enjoyment means so much to a vacation experience. David and Edna went out of their way to make things comfortable for us. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for 3 nights in the Lunker Lodge and had a great time on our first trip to Guntersville. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations; plenty of room to relax and entertain and with all of the comforts of home. David and Edna were fantastic hosts and their dedication and love of the property shows through the moment you arrive. We will be back, hopefully sooner than later. P.S. fishing was great, we managed to boat 2 in the 5.5 lb range within a 2 day span. Boat ramp and tackle/convenience shop with marine fuel is just a 1/4 mile down the road.

We came to the Guntersville area looking for real estate as we are transferring with our company. Dave was so helpful even before we arrived, I asked if he could locate 2 crates for my dogs so I wouldn't have to haul mine down there, he was more than happy to look around, but I ended up just buying some that collapsed.

Dave stopped by the first night to see if we needed anything and offered to hook us up with his realtor, that was a big help as we are not from the area, we are from Minnesota.

We will stay here again next time we come down. I recommend going out into the lake, it's very cool. If you don't bring a boat, like us, rent one from GBM. We finally met Edna in our last day, and just like we imagined, she was lovely and very nice to talk to. Stay here and you will be treated like an old friend!

We stayed for five nights at the Baker Cabin for the ABA Central Alabma Couples Tournamnets. I have found a new place to stay when we come fish Guntersville. My hotel days are over! The covered boat parking was great with electric outlet and light by the boat. The cabin was clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is less then a three minute ride to water front. You will not go wrong staying here.

We stayed at Hilltop Hideaway, which was super clean and with all the amenities that is needed. Towels, dishes, TP, Coffee pot, dish liquid. Beds were great, not broken down. AC and TV and Washer+Dryer. Car port that you can fit boat and truck under if needed, elect plus lighting also. Fish cleaning station provided. Great patio with grills, chairs and picnic table, which were lighted. Cottage is well worth the price you pay. Close access to Lake is a plus. I will stay with D+E again. This lake house was the best one we stayed at on Lake Guntersville. Breezeway Bay was very nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable with all the kitchen and bath items available. The gas grill was a plus!

The boat house was spectacular with a great boat lift and a cleaning station!

Dave and Edna were available if you needed them and even called to make sure we had everything we needed. This is conveniently located on the lake and on land to the Waterfront grocery and boat dock.

My husband and son fished every morning and afternoon. Due to the location of the cabin they were able to put in the boat at the boat ramp across the road or were able to drive a short ways in either direction to put in.

The kitchen has everything you may need for your stay. We will definitely be back. Oh and the price is reasonable too!

We have stayed at D&E Landing many times over the past several years. We usually stay at the Baker House but it was booked and so we tried out the LunkerLodge. The cabins are all well furnished, super clean and are so comfortable. The addition of covered boat parking and convenient electric source are a nice touch. We love the mid-lake location and convenience of the Waterfront ramp. Dave and Edna are wonderful to get to know and our beagles love them too. Thanks for providing a nice place to stay.

This was my first stay at D&E landing and you can bet it will not be my last. Our cabin was spotless and very comfortable. First time I had anyone call to check if I needed anything. Dave and Edna at the best and I can't wait to book again next year. The fishing was not as good as last year but the hospitality was the best I have encountered at Guntersville. Now if Dave and Edna could talk the bass into jumping into the boat it would have been perfect. I think they are working on that for next year.

LunkerLodge was all you could ask for and more for a bass fisherman's needs. Covered boat parking, electricity, no crowds and trying to save your parking spot with a cone!! Breezeway Bay was an absolutely amazing house on Lake Guntersville. The inside was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The boat house was super convenient and easily accommodated 3 bass boats. The boat ramp was a couple hundred yards down the road and with the gas station and small tackle shop across the street, the location was excellent. Perfect for fisherman. The only complaint we had was that the weather didn't cooperate during our stay but hey, that's fishing!

I can't say enough about the hospitality of the owner. He was there for anything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Although we were there on a fishing trip, this would also be a wonderful place to bring the family. Can't wait to go back!

Four of us guys stayed a week at Breezeway Bay while bass fishing Lake Guntersville, the fishing was somewhat tough but the accommodations made up for it. What a perfect set up for fishermen, the boathouse with boat lifts was a pleasure to use & well secured.

The house was fabulous & the outside patio we enjoyed after a day's fishing where we could kick back with a cold one & cook on the grill while getting a cool view of the lake.

David was a great host & I'd strongly recommend this house to anyone.

The house was cleaner than any place I have ever stayed, which means the most to me ,The house was well stocked with about anything that you would need on a trip like this. My fishing partner and I stayed 11/11-11/14/2015 and could not have been more pleased with the very clean accommodations this location offered. Great kitchen and a coffee pot w/ filters to boot. 2 separate rooms apart, each with excellent showers & bathroom. Comfy couch and TV for the living room. The boat shed was perfect and secure. Dave was very courteous and helpful even with our late evening arrival. Great location puts you seconds from waterfront ( ramp, gas, breakfast,lunch, and fishing supplies ) and minutes away for access to other areas of the lake. This was more economical and much more pleasant than any hotel stay. I am well traveled and one would be hard pressed to find a better value for a fishing trip. We will definitely call on Dave and Edna to hook us up on our next trip to the G.

Everything we needed was there at the cabin and was very turn key and had a nice country feel. It was convenient to boat launch and tackle shop near some of the best fishing holes guntersville has to offer! Take it from me I caught a 7lb'er my first trip to the lake.
