• Sleeps up to 10:  2 queen and 8 twin beds
• Covered parking for 2 boats with power to charge batteries (additional parking available)
• WIFI (unlimited usage) and USB device charging station
• Full kitchen: dishware, utensils, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, etc.
• Linens and towels
• Dining area plus casual seating at kitchen island
• Living area with sofa, love seat and a 48" HDTV powered by DirecTV
• Gas grill

$150 per night for the first 2 guests (minimum 2 night stay)

$10 per night for each additional guest (after 2)

$70 Cleaning fee

6% AL State and Local Lodging Tax

One night FREE with a 7 night stay!  (you only pay for 6 nights)

Deposit - $300  (or 50% of the reservation cost whichever is lower)

Cancellation Policy:

     - Full refund if 30+ days prior to check-in date

     - 50% refund if 2+ weeks prior to check-in date

     - No refund if less than 2 weeks prior to check-in date
